Wild Heart is a place for healing, renewal and soul transformation in the Texas Hill country. Through somatic eco-therapy, nature retreats, in-office talk therapy and monthly community gatherings, we combine inward (mindfulness) and outward (nature) focused practices that connect us with the healing powers of the earth, helping participants reach beyond the cognitive self to experience repair and renewal.
At Wild Heart, individuals learn to address the pain of separation from Self, the Earth and each other in order to process past traumas and develop a new awareness of and relationship to their authentic selves. Participants will leave feeling refreshed, reconnected and more in touch with their bodies, souls and the beauty and movement of life around them.
Wild Heart is perfect for those looking for a fresh approach to therapy and a renewed connection to both their inner selves and the Land. We work predominantly with women, couples and small groups to provide holistic healing experiences that support individuals on their paths toward healing and self-discovery.
Our services may be particularly beneficial to you if you:
Feel disconnected from your true Self, your body or your spirituality
Desire renewed connections to and awareness of the nature around you and your relationship to it
Seek to understand and love yourself better
Desire to strengthen your relationships with others
Wish to explore different therapy methods as you navigate your healing journey
Wild Heart is led by nature-based mentor and licensed therapist Rachael Love Fisher MA, LPC. Rachael combines 25+ years of experience in personal development, counseling, therapy, spirituality and natural healing practices to create unique and individualized offerings for women, couples and small groups.
Our eco-therapy healing sessions and events work in partnership with Wild Heart Preserve, our Texas Hill Country retreat where we gather to return to the callings of the soul, tend to their inner selves, commune with the divine in nature to experience profound healing and transformation through the therapeutic powers of the wilderness.
